RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on our edible or personalized merchandise. Please check all spelling, dates, capitalization and punctuation before submitting your order.
We will replace any items damaged in transit upon receipt of the returned damaged products.
We are not responsible for WEATHER RELATED PROBLEMS (which include melting or discoloration).

SHIPPING
At Little Lady Creations we work hard to ship your order in a timely manner.
If you need your item in a RUSH, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
PLEASE REMEMBER that each piece is handmade.

At times, items may be shipped in multiple boxes. This may cause parts of your order to arrive later than others.

Some items may require adjustments in shipping costs. In the event that this occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
UPS does not guarantee delivery on date listed.
Little Lady Creations is NOT responsible for any Import Taxes/Duties applied when shipped into Canada.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over UPS delivery (time of day, which door they will use or whether they will leave a package if no one is home).
You can certainly call your local UPS office to try to make special arrangements (1-800-PICK-UPS).
Leaving specific instructions in the COMMENTS box at checkout WILL NOT reach UPS.
